The Eucor MobiLab Roadshow 2025 starts its tour through the region on May 13 in Offenburg - and we're on board! The mobile participation lab will be traveling along the Upper Rhine until October, bringing people in Germany, France and Switzerland closer to scientific perspectives on sustainability issues.
 
At each stop, participants can expect a varied program on topics such as urban nature, climate change management, dealing with PFAS chemicals or the future of medicine. The MobiLab promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience and invites participants to discuss solutions to the challenges of the future.
 
The MobiLab, a multifunctional tiny house, offers space for interactive workshops, practical simulations and exciting dialogs between science and society. After the premiere in 2023, the Eucor MobiLab Roadshow will take place for the second time and with an expanded program.

Landau: 3.-4. June 2025
Basel: 9.-11. July 2025
Freiburg: 22-25. July 2025

This edition of the research meeting hour "Tell me, ITAS" is part of the KIT Science Week Programme and builds on current climate research and underscores the need for a transformation toward a climate-friendly society. The concept of the handprint is presented as a central element. Its goal is to permanently anchor climate protection structurally through targeted engagement, making sustainable living easier for everyone. The handprint invites you to take an active role in the transformation. ITAS researcher Markus Szaguhn will answer all your questions about the "handprint" and climate research. 
 
WHEN? 15 October 2025 from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m. WHERE? MobiLab at Friedrichsplatz, Karlsruhe Entry free Starting with a keynote speech at 12 noon, you can join the discussion or leave at any time.  
“Tell me, ITAS” is a series of events organized by ITAS in which researchers move their workplace to Karl9 - Wissenschaftslokal für Technik und Gesellschaft or to the TRIANGEL Transfer | Kultur | Raum once a week and answer your questions about their research topics.
