What will the green city of the future look like? At the MobiLab on Friedrichsplatz, you can playfully explore what plants, animals and ecosystems contribute to city life. You will compete against a robot to find insects, explore the city from an animal perspective and redesign the city's squares with us. There will also be information, advice, a climate quiz - and plenty of opportunity to have your say, try things out and rethink.

Du tauchst in Szenarien ein, entwirfst eigene Bilder von morgen und setzt sie mit Prototypen um: analog, digital oder mit KI. Gemeinsam denkt ihr die Stadt neu – für euch, für morgen, für alle!
Ein Workshop für Jugendliche von Klassenstufe 7 bis 10, gerne auch in Anwesenheit der Eltern. Perfekt auch als Programmpunkt für Familien.

Du entwickelst eigene Ideen, gestaltest an einem gemeinsamen Exponat mit und diskutierst im Abschlussworkshop, wie ein echter Multispezies-Ort aussehen könnte – lebendig, überraschend, grün.
Die Location ist barrierefrei.

Wie wirken Dokumentarfilme zum Klimaschutz – und welche Emotionen lösen sie aus? Im interaktiven Vortrag lernst du erste Ergebnisse aus dem Forschungsprojekt „Visionen der Nachhaltigkeit“ kennen. Kurze Filmausschnitte veranschaulichen, wie bewegte Bilder unser Denken prägen. Eine Live-Umfrage lädt dich zum Mitdiskutieren ein: über Gefühle, Wirkung und die Frage, wie Filme den Wandel zur nachhaltigen Stadt anstoßen können.

The Eucor MobiLab Roadshow 2025 started its tour through the region on May 13 in Offenburg - and we're on board! The mobile participation lab will be traveling along the Upper Rhine until October, bringing people in Germany, France and Switzerland closer to scientific perspectives on sustainability issues.
At each stop, participants can expect a varied program on topics such as urban nature, climate change management, dealing with PFAS chemicals or the future of medicine. The MobiLab promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience and invites participants to discuss solutions to the challenges of the future.
The MobiLab, a multifunctional tiny house, offers space for interactive workshops, practical simulations and exciting dialogs between science and society. After the premiere in 2023, the Eucor MobiLab Roadshow will take place for the second time and with an expanded program.
